  • Meet the team Ep. 8 - Belinda Bergstrom - Physiotherapist.

Belinda graduated as a physiotherapist from Wits University in 1996. She spent a few years gaining wide experience in hospitals and in treating mainly children in the UK. She ran a successful practice in Johannesburg for several years before moving down to Hout Bay.

In the past fifteen years Belinda has specialized in treating back and neck issues and also has an interest in dealing with sports injuries – having herself suffered with knee problems in the past. She is a firm believer in the holistic approach to treatment and treats the individual rather than the injury focusing on realignment of the body to prevent re occurrence of injuries. @blurosebee @core_physio_wellness @kelly.scholtz @angieaustinmueller @angela_allan2207 @mobilemassagekazz @taravap @tessapreen @chrisphysio123
