Personal Training – Kristin Allan

Kristin qualified as a personal trainer with distinction from The Sports Science Institute. She is passionate about gym, health and fitness. One of her biggest interests is to help women feel comfortable in a weight lifting/gym space and to teach them how to get the best out of themselves.

Kristin’s bubbly personality makes all her clients feel comfortable and allows them to enjoy the journey to strength and wellness.

Sport specific programming

The Core team offers programming specific to a number of various sports including climbing, soccer, running and many more. Our trainers have experience in developing strength and conditioning programs from these various sports disciplines.

Using an easy to follow app you will receive weekly programming to follow, including frequent testing and rehabilitation exercises. Contact us to find out more.
