Returning to sport is seen as a continuum of rehabilitation, to participation, to performance. Patients often stop their rehabilitation once they are participating again and before taking their rehab to performance levels. This often ends in them re-injuring themselves.

The Core team offers programming specific to a number of various sports including climbing, soccer, running and many more. Our trainers have experience in developing strength and conditioning programs for these various sporting disciplines.
